About

Jefferson Long is a writer and photographer working with 35mm and medium format film. His photographic work focuses on architecture and natural landscapes, approached with a precise attention to structure, surface, and light.
Working with vintage cameras, he develops his negatives by hand using a Caffenol-based process.
Born in Germany, Long studied English Literature and Media. He has worked with Sabine Kacunko and Joachim Storch. His practice is guided by an interest in perception, spatial order, and the relationship between image and time.

All works are issued in limited editions as specified on the respective work pages.
Each work is produced individually at the moment of acquisition. Signature, edition number, and timestamp are embedded directly into the image.
Works are created upon request and are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or material defect.
Delivery and installation are arranged individually. Where applicable, the artist may oversee or carry out delivery and finalization of the work.
Availability is subject to the current status of the edition.
